Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. AustAsiaUnited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
